Camden County Partnership for Children is an independent, 501(c)(3) non-profit Care Management Organization (CMO) that arranges various treatment and support services for children in our community. Their goal is to keep children and young adults in their homes, schools, and communities by coordinating services and resources. Thank you for your interest in supporting this important cause!
